Data controller
The personal data collected on www.onejet.fr is processed by ONE JET, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 227 749.

Data we collect
- Quote request form: departure and arrival, trip type, dates, number of passengers, email address and phone number.
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number, your need and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information recorded when a form is submitted, and connection data used to secure the website.
- Browsing data: audience statistics collected through cookies, only if you consent to them.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process your request. Without them, we cannot answer it.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your quote and contact requests and sending you a confirmation email: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
- Commercial follow-up of your request: our legitimate interest in developing our business (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- Protecting the forms against spam and securing the website: our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of our services (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- Audience measurement: your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Performing a flight or service you have ordered: performance of the contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising purposes.
Recipients
Your data is intended for ONE JET only. It is also processed, on our behalf and according to our instructions, by the following service providers:
- Evoliatis (France): website hosting.
- Brevo (France): sending emails, including the confirmation of your request.
- Google: reCAPTCHA protection of the forms, email service used to receive your requests and, with your consent, Google Analytics audience measurement.
When you order a flight or a service, we only share with the airline or partner concerned the information strictly necessary to carry it out.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some Google services may involve a transfer of data to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to provide an adequate level of protection, and also relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Retention periods
- Quote and contact requests not followed by an order: [3 years] from our last contact with you.
- Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the periods required by law (in particular 10 years for accounting documents).

Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

- receive it in a structured format (portability);
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand;
- give instructions on what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@onejet.fr. We will answer within one month. We may ask you for proof of identity if there is reasonable doubt about it.

Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the administration, protection of the forms against automated submissions and monitoring of the website.
